Matching Gifts

Many companies offer donation matching programs for contributions made by their employees to recognized charities such as Big Brothers Big Sisters Regina (BBBSR). Some employers even extend their support to charities where staff volunteer.

Leveraging platforms like Benevity, utilized by leading companies including Apple, RBC, TD, and many others, employees can amplify their impact by having their donations matched by their employers. BBBSR is a registered charity supported through Benevity.

In-Kind Gifts

Your gift of tickets can provide activities for our matches to enjoy together and offer new experiences to our mentees. Examples include:

  • Tickets to events, activities, and summer camps
  • Gift cards (grocery, retail, clothing, restaurant, coffee shop and spa services)
  • Gift baskets
  • A special never experienced before outing
  • Business Services encompassing design, printing, translation, and consulting are provided to help mitigate the administrative expenses of BBBS.

Legacy Giving

You can designate assets to be donated to BBBS Regina in your estate planning. These assets can include cash, securities, real estate, or other valuables, and may take forms such as bequests, charitable trusts, life insurance policies, or retirement accounts.

Right now, 55 youth in Regina are ready. They’ve been interviewed. They’ve shared their stories. They’ve asked for a mentor. In some cases, a volunteer is already waiting to be matched with them.
